Booking policy & cancellation policy :
- Room rates are quoted in British Pound (GBP) & inclusive of %18 VAT.
- Check in: 14:00 check out: 12:00 noon. Early check in is based on availability.
- Rates are based on availability and may change without notice. Black out may apply.
- Cancellation policy : more than 21 days before arrival, 50% charged. Between 14 and 21 days before arrival 75% charged. 14 days or less before arrival, 100% charged.
- In case of no- show & early check out there will be no refund.
- Minimum booking period is 3 nights.
- Children under 16 are not allowed.
- 50% deposit required at the time of booking via wire transfer.
- Balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
